He has his own team and management in many countries from North America to South East Asia From Australia and Europe. Throughout his career he has organized many events with various Indian television channels in different countries and he has already organized many events of his own production. So far he has organized Musical events a lot with all the great and legendary singers of Bollywood like Asha Bhosle,Sudesh Bhosle ,Amit Kumar ,Babul
Supriya ,Shreya Ghoshal, Kumar Shanu Udit Narayan Abhijit Bhattacharya ,Mika Singh, Hariharan, Suresh Wadekar ,Arati Mukherjee. Manna Day,Nachiketa ,Sirkanta Acharya and many new generation singers and celebrities.
He has been working with many Bengali and Indian organizations from around the world for many years.
